My personal writing style is third-person, past/present tense, but I'm happy to write against others who may be exploring their POV choices for the most part. If it's too much for me, I'll dip out, but I won't shame or hate on somebody who's just trying to find their style.I fall somewhere between para / multipara / occasionally novella, but I can adapt to the length of my writing partner.I am fine with crossover RP, and most of my canon characters are written with some kind of divergence in mind.Honestly I prefer crossover plots! SUMMARY.
Guts is a man who has lived his life with grief and struggle settled squarely on his shoulders. However, that weight has never prevented him from carrying on.From the moment he was found in infancy, languishing in the shadow of a gallows tree - lying in a puddle of viscera that would serve as his namesake, having been birthed postmortem by his hanged mother - he's been considered bad luck. A black omen. And with the life he's lived since, he'll be the first to agree with that.Known in adulthood as The Black Swordsman, Guts carries with him a reputation as dark as foreboding as that title may imply.A wanderer with no home, he's a stranger wherever he goes, and the massive sword on his back draws uncomfortable stares. Something about him brings out the challenger in others, even though it's clear Guts is not a man to be trifled with.Trouble and strife follow in his wake. Yet, he is aware that goodness and beauty exist. So long as he has the strength to draw his sword and swing it, Guts will fight on until he draws his final breath.

INFORMATION.
Guts is missing his right eye and left forearm, both lost during the Eclipse.(If you're unfamiliar with the series: Eclipses are apocalyptic scenarios involving mass sacrifice. Though his entire mercenary band was sacrificed by its leader in order to ascend to something like Godhood, Guts survived. He is now branded for life and forever hunted by monsters seeking to kill him in order to complete the sacrifice. There's more to it but this aside is already getting kinda long...)His body is a roadmap of scars, some from steel, some from claws and ripping teeth.He wears a metal prosthetic on his forearm that serves a few purposes - one, there's a magnet in the hand, allowing him to more easily wield his sword, Dragon Slayer. Two, it doubles as a cannon. (You heard me.) He has a hand-cranked crossbow that mounts onto the prosthetic, as well.His armor is imbued with Od (magic) which rouses and feeds on Guts' negative emotions. He can withstand pain, as his mind does not register it as something he needs to worry about; grievous injuries are temporarily stabilized in order to continue fighting. It is self-repairing, as well.However, the armor also triggers a state in its wearer, bringing on an irresistible bloodlust that turns an already deadly fighter into a killing machine. Free from pain, from thought, only rage and killing and shedding blood. The more often he indulges the berserker armor, the more likely it becomes that Guts will slip into a permanent psychosis, unable to tell comrade from enemy.
All of that to say, Guts is very strong and very good at killing things. I'm fine if you want your muse to start some shit with Guts, but just know he's not a guy who goes down easily.Due to an extremely traumatizing event that occurred during his childhood, Guts has never been comfortable with physical touch (unless it comes during combat, when it's easily ignored). Even with people he trusts, he will react poorly if someone pushes this boundary.
